About Nick
Born and raised in Washington, I have been counseling individuals and families since 2020. I’ve committed my life’s mission to supporting people by providing an open and welcoming space to discuss their lives.
Together we identify the key struggles in your life and create a plan to work towards healing.
Experience
Due to the years of experience I’ve had in many different environments with uniquely different people, I am well equipped to walk alongside you in whatever you bring to our space. Some of this therapeutic experience includes many years at an eating disorder treatment center where I worked alongside a multi-disciplinary team in IOP, PHP, and residential levels of care. I’ve also enjoyed working with incarcerated adults, as well as teens. I recognize that your struggle is unique to you, and I would be more than honored to support you by meeting you where your hardship is at.
Approach
Sessions are tailored to individual needs, integrating Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Additionally, I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD and other trauma related experiences.
